Web4 de jun. de 2024 · I have purchased the kids pass but when i try and play in on my now tv box (black) one, it says "oops something went wrong". It works fine on my phone. I use the now tv box to watch the other apps (Roku / Disney Plus / Iplayer) - all fine. This is an on going problem as my ex partner used to use the now tv box under his account.
